The Knutsford Rex Probus Club is a small, friendly retirement group for up to 60 men from diverse professional backgrounds. Members include those with experience in fields such as farming, engineering, accounting, banking, medicine, law and business, all seeking engaging activities and fellowship in retirement.

Our goal is to enhance members’ well-being by offering engaging social events and fostering a warm, friendly atmosphere.

The club meets twice a month—on the morning of the 2nd and 4th Thursdays—at the comfortable Mere and Tabley Community Club on Warrington Road in Mere, Knutsford. We start with coffee and pleasant conversation before holding a short Club Business Meeting to plan upcoming events. After that, a top-notch professional speaker gives a talk, and then we finish by meeting in the bar for another hour to socialise and share ideas.

In addition to Club meetings, our activities include walking, golf, bowling, discussion evenings, social events, dining, and IT & computing.
